I have just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
Please allow 1-2 working days for processing and production before shipping your order. 

How long is the shipping time?
Orders in Germany are shipped via DHL, and international orders are shipped based on the fulfillment center the product came from.

Average transit times in Germany: 1-3 working days
Average transit times to international: 4-15 working days

There are circumstances that get out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that can cause shipping to be postponed. While most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time. The shipping company is responsible for delivery.

Do I get a tracking number?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking is available as soon as your product has been shipped. Every single product can be shipped from different fulfillment centers around the world as our product research team devotes the time to sourcing high quality yet affordable products.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without a cancellation fee! You must cancel your order 24 hours after it was created for the cancellation to take effect. If the item has already been shipped, please send an email to info@fujaw.com. All you have to do is send us an email with the subject "CANCEL".

I entered the wrong delivery address.
If you misspelled or entered your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and provide us with the correct information. Notify us immediately by email info@fujaw.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct it within 24 hours.

My item arrived damaged.
We send every item with extra padding. Nevertheless, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrive damaged due to abuse by the postal service.

In this case, please contact:
    - Your reference number.
    - A picture of the damaged product.
Upon receipt, we will be happy to send you another copy free of charge.
