Get started
Rinse the FuJaw with water and place it with the white bite surface closer to you on your lower incisors and with the further away on your upper incisors. This ensures the natural position of your upper and lower jaw.

Chew Slowly
Start the training by biting slowly until you stop and holding this position for 2-3 seconds. Repeat this process until you notice that your jaw is getting tired - this usually takes 2 minutes. Make sure to only move your jaw up and down and not sideways.
You can repeat this training as often as you like. However, we recommend training at least 15 minutes and a maximum of 30 minutes throughout the day in order to achieve visible success.
